No Refund Policy

As a charitable institution, Paavan Chintan Dhara Ashram has a strict no-refund policy. All donations, membership fees, and contributions are considered final and non-refundable once a transaction is successfully completed.

We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to our cause of Sewa and nation-building.

Technical Error Exception

We recognise that technical issues can occasionally arise. In the specific and proven case of:

• A duplicate payment caused by a system or gateway error (i.e., the same transaction charged more than once), or
• A payment being deducted from your account but not reflected in our system due to a payment gateway failure,

we will review the case and, upon verification, process a corrective refund or account adjustment within 10–15 working days. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

Please note that this exception applies only to verifiable technical errors and does not extend to a change of mind, duplicate voluntary payments, or any other circumstance.

This membership portal is currently under active development. While rare, technical issues may occasionally affect the payment or registration experience. Please be assured that your payment and membership records are fully secure and are maintained independently of any platform disruptions.
